What is Assist with Personal Activities?
Assist with Personal Activities is one of the most fundamental and valued NDIS supports, providing hands-on assistance with the everyday personal care tasks that many participants require help to complete safely and comfortably. This support enables people with disability to start each day well — clean, dressed appropriately, and ready to engage with their lives and the world around them.
At Disability Dream Care, we understand that personal care is deeply intimate. Our support workers are carefully selected and trained to approach every task with respect, patience, and professionalism. We match participants with workers who understand their preferences, routines, and communication needs — because consistency matters enormously in personal care settings.
Whether you need a few minutes of assistance each morning or more comprehensive daily support, our team will work closely with you and your family to develop a routine that fits your lifestyle, goals, and support plan. Every interaction is guided by the NDIS Practice Standards and Disability Dream Care's own quality framework.

Who Is This For?
